Went to Boston this weekend. Yes! It was COLD! I thought I was back in Siberia. And yes, those are UGGS I'm wearing. In hindsight, I'm glad I choose comfort and warmth over style. Later that day I switched to Converse, even doubling up on socks, and 5 minutes later my feet were numb! I would have never survived the day without my lovely uggies. Unfortunately, I lost of my gloves so I spent the entire day without gloves and desperately searching for a pair that would fit my teeny hands. I finally found them at Urban Outfitters (where we discovered this very thrifty bench made out of three pieces of patio furniture... makes me want to create my own!). But all in all, I'm glad I threw my inhibitions to the wind and agreed to a spontaneous trip filled with seafood, laughter and rock and roll :)
PS: Today was my first day at my internship and it went great! Looking forward to learning all the ins and out of the business. Will be posting work outfits soon!
